STATIONS what you get behind the bar

The stations that make up a t-shirt bar rental.

Every rental centers on a live full-color printing station, but the bar can grow. Add a patch press, a hat station, or an embroidery machine and one booking turns into a whole custom-merch experience. Here is what each station does and how we staff it.

Live DTF t-shirt station — the core of the bar

Direct-to-film printing is what lets a guest walk up and get any design, in any number of colors, with zero setup between shirts. There are no screens to burn and no color limits, so a photo-real logo prints as fast as a one-color slogan. Shirts come out soft, they stretch with the fabric, and they hold up wash after wash. This is the station every rental is built around, and for most parties it is the only one you need.

We run it on soft, retail-quality blanks — Bella+Canvas 3001 is our house tee, with Gildan heavyweight and tri-blend options when you want a different hand. A single operator keeps 30 to 45 shirts an hour moving; add a second for back-to-back reception crowds.

Add-on stations to grow the bar

When one shirt is not enough, we bolt on companion stations that share the same bar footprint:

  • Patch & hat station. Guests pick a blank cap — think Richardson 112 trucker or Flexfit — and we heat-apply an embroidered or leather patch while they wait.
  • Live embroidery. A single-head machine stitches names, monograms, or a small logo onto shirts, hats, and totes for a premium keepsake.
  • Tote & hard-goods. Canvas totes and even tumblers get the same full-color treatment for gifting suites and welcome bags.

Every add-on is staffed by its own operator so no single line ever slows the others down.

Behind every station

The crew is included, not extra.

Trained operators

The people running your bar press for a living. They dial heat and time before doors open so every shirt is consistent, and they keep the guest-facing line calm and friendly.

Art prep done first

We turn your logo and event theme into clean, press-ready transfers ahead of time, so the day of your event is all printing and no fiddling with files.

Full setup & teardown

Load-in, power, tables, garment wall, signage, and a complete pack-out are part of the rental. You approve the plan; we handle the labor.
