PRICING flat rates, no per-shirt math

T-shirt bar rental pricing, in plain numbers.

We price the bar as one flat rental for your event, not by the shirt. That keeps your budget predictable no matter how enthusiastic the line gets. Here are the anchors we build every quote from.

Why flat, not per-shirt

You should know the number before the doors open.

A per-shirt model punishes you for a successful party — the more guests love the bar, the bigger the bill. We flip that. You tell us the guest count you are planning for, we stock the garments and staff the stations to match, and the price is locked. If the line is a hit, that is a win for both of us, not a surprise invoice. The only things that move the quote are the four inputs below, and we walk through every one of them with you before you commit.

Hours on the floor

Staffing covers setup, the live window, and teardown. A two-hour reception bar and an eight-hour festival tent price very differently.

Number of stations

One station handles most parties. Big crowds or add-on experiences (hats, patches) mean more operators and gear.

Guest volume

We size blank stock and sizing to your headcount so nobody gets turned away at hour two.

Travel distance

Local Southern California is included; Las Vegas and out-of-region events add a flat travel fee.

Pricing questions

Straight answers on cost.

How is a t-shirt bar rental priced?

We quote a flat rental for the whole event rather than a per-shirt rate. That number covers the staffed station, the blank garments, artwork prep, setup, teardown, and travel. Local Southern California bars start around $5,000 for a single staffed station; the total moves with hours, station count, guest volume, and travel distance.

Is there a per-shirt charge on top of the rental?

No. The flat rental includes the garments and the printing for the guest volume we plan around. If you expect an unusually high headcount we simply size the blank stock and staffing up front so the number stays predictable with no surprise line items.

What drives the price up or down?

Four things: how many hours the bar runs, how many stations you want, how many guests we are staffing for, and how far we travel. A two-hour local birthday bar and a full-day festival tent are very different quotes, and we would rather right-size it than hand you a generic price list.
